Terms of Business
A summary of the basis on which Aicatch Ltd provides services. Full terms are set out in each engagement contract.
Our services
Aicatch provides advisory, readiness assessment, implementation support, internal audit and AI claims assurance services aligned to ISO/IEC 42001:2023.
What we are not
Aicatch is not an accreditation body or a certification body and does not issue ISO/IEC certificates. Certification decisions are made solely by an independent certification body selected by the client.
Proposals
Each engagement is tailored to the client's scope and confirmed in a written proposal. Certification services are contracted and paid directly by the client.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely access to people and evidence, and to make their own decisions on risk acceptance and certification.
Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's confidential information secure and uses it only for the engagement.
Liability
Our liability is set out in the engagement contract. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
Engagements are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
