The 12-week Aicatch Ready Programme

A structured route that turns uncontrolled AI use into an operating, evidenced management system - mapped to the ISO/IEC 42001 clause structure and prepared to approach an independent certification body for Stage 1, subject to scope, organisational readiness and closure of agreed actions.

Delivery method

Discover → Design → Implement → Evidence → Audit-ready

Discover

Confirm AIMS scope, context, interested parties and legal obligations. Inventory AI systems, tools and use cases.

Item 1

Design

Define the governance framework, roles, risk method and the selected, justified set of AI controls.

Item 2

Implement

Stand up lifecycle, supplier, data, incident and monitoring controls, and the AI-literacy programme.

Item 3

Evidence & audit-ready

Operate long enough to generate credible evidence, run internal audit and management review, then hand over.

Item 4

Implementation workstreams

What we build with you

Each workstream produces controlled documents and evidence - mapped to the core ISO/IEC 42001 management-system structure.
  1. Context & leadership

    Scope, roles and accountability

Interested parties, legal and contractual requirements, organisational boundaries, policy, roles, authorities and visible management commitment.

  2. Planning

    AI risk & impact assessment

AI risks and opportunities, objectives, change planning and documented treatment decisions across the AI lifecycle.

  3. Support

    Competence & AI literacy

Role matrix, curriculum, attendance, assessment and specialist competence evidence, plus communication and controlled documented information.

  1. Operation

    Lifecycle & supplier controls

AI lifecycle controls, impact assessment, responsible use, third-party due diligence and operational planning.

  2. Performance

    Monitoring & internal audit

Metrics, validation, failure-mode and drift monitoring, internal audit and management review with a KPI dashboard.

  3. Improvement

    Incidents & corrective action

Detection, classification, containment, notification, root cause and corrective action driving continual improvement.

Critical commercial boundary

We provide ISO/IEC 42001 implementation, gap assessment, internal audit, readiness and coaching. We do not "certify", "accredit", "approve" or "guarantee certification". Certification is performed by an independent, accredited certification body under its own formal rules.

The certification journey

How the full route works

We prepare you for every stage. The certification decision itself is made independently by your chosen accredited body.
  1. Define the AIMS scope and organisational context

  2. Implement management-system processes and selected AI controls

  3. Operate the system long enough to generate credible evidence

  4. Complete an internal audit and management review

  5. Select an accredited certification body and confirm scope

  6. Stage 1 audit - readiness and documented-system review

  7. Stage 2 audit - implementation and effectiveness assessment

  8. Maintain the system through surveillance audits and continual improvement
